When Addison isn't farming, you might find him making a piece of furniture in his workshop or working on the straw bale building that will someday serve as a residence. Addison's family hails from Pennsylvania (father) and Kentucky (mother) where a few generations (mid 1700's) farmed the "blue grass" and raised horses of distinction.

Valerie spends much of her time working with children, either at St. Andrews Preschool or the Movement Arts Studio, of which she is founder and director. Valerie's family owns the 600-acre Hidden Valley Farm and as generations-old Pennsylvanians, have been hunting and plowing the hills and valleys for a couple of centuries.

Joshua will be joining us for the 2010 season and with his experiece of organic farming at Ollin Farms in Colorado, we expect that his presence will be a great addition to Howard's End Farm.
